Many of you have shared with me your stories of feeling isolated or unwelcome in the classroom. I want to continue to provide a welcoming and supportive space for you to do just that. But I also urge you to take five minutes to make an official report via Harvard University’s reporting page. While conversations are important for healing and learning amongst ourselves, any desired progress at the institutional-level must happen from data collection and storytelling. Please consider adding your voice to push for many of the changes you hope to (and deserve) see.
